Cancellation policy-

• If you wish to cancel your stay for any reason we will try and re-sell your spaces, if we can do so we will offer you a 50% refund.  If we are unable to re-sell the beds then we will retain your full payment.
• If you wish to cancel 7 days or under prior to your arrival.  Full payment will be retained.
• Please confirm your cancellation by phone and back it up in writing.
• Please note when you reserve a space with Reef you are paying per bed, so the re-selling of rooms is calculated on a bed space only basis.  All beds in the lodge need to be booked before we will offer you a refund.
• We will only offer you a refund if all of the stay has been re-sold.
• Please note: If you do not book a room out to maximum capacity then you run the risk of sharing, we try and match males to males and females to females, but we can’t guarantee it- so it may be a mixed sex room
